In the Autumn of 2021, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Linrun Feng at ZhenPlanet, an incubation project for technology startups hosted by ZhenFund and MIT Technology Review China in Beijing. During the past two years, I witnessed the rapid growth of LinkZill, met more members of the LinkZill team, and formed friendships that I will always cherish.Proud yet humbled to be a part of LinkZill and its mission. Looking forward to diving into this new journey headfirst, ready to learn and grow. Cheers to this new beginning!

When I first met Gaoya, she looked more like a “calm and demure venture capitalist”. But by the time she decided to join LinkZill, she turned out to be a lively, energetic, “good-at-roasting” Beijing girl who dances around when talking about things she likes. As LinkZill’s first partner who is not a semiconductor engineer, I welcome Gaoya – our first female partner who does not major in science and engineering. I hope that such a girl with plenty of possibilities will also bring a new identity, culture, and vision to LinkZill, in addition to engineers’ persistence and scientists’ rigor.

The value is cristally clear steeped by the name as well as by the heart, while the soul is highly congenial with the expectations from LinkZill. From Beijing to Hangzhou, what she is looking for is not only the either-rugged-or-flat road ahead, but also the stunning scenery and the magnificent life. From Hangzhou to the world, what we are looking up to is not just the rising tends of technology, but also the soaring herons within the long river and the fine starlight within the galaxy. Our LinkZill family just got bigger with the arrival of our first female partner – Gaoya Yang! Her confidence, passion, and free spirit are some of the traits that make her one in a million. From Beijing to Hangzhou, she’s driven 1300 kilometers to join us and we couldn’t be more thrilled. We’ve come a long way since our first meeting on ZhenPlanet over two years ago, but our tight-knit bond has only grown stronger.
